Financial Statement

A Financial Statement is an itemization of Assets, Liabilities, Net Worth and Income of a prospective purchaser.
It demonstrates financial capability, and is at the heart of any Board Package. A bank will also review a Buyer's financials as part of the mortgage application process. Both lenders and Boards of Directors typically require supporting documents as back-up.

Important considerations include:

  • > Overall Liquidity
  • > Post-Closing Reserves
  • > Existing Monthly Obligations
  • > Amount & Type Of Income
  • > Debt-To-Income (DTI) Ratio
